Four stages, each with a defined output — so you always know what has happened and what comes next.
We take urgent criminal calls outside office hours. The first conversation covers custody risk, what to say to the police, and what not to sign.
We move for anticipatory or regular bail at the appropriate forum without delay, and seek interim protection where arrest is imminent.
We obtain the case diary and prosecution material, identify contradictions, and prepare a defence theory supported by documents and witnesses.
We conduct cross-examination and final arguments, and pursue appeal or revision where the outcome warrants it.
