We act as counsel in domestic and international commercial arbitrations, draft and stress-test arbitration clauses, and represent clients in Section 9 and Section 34 proceedings before the courts under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Arbitration delivers speed and privacy when the clause is well drafted and the process is run tightly. It delivers neither when the clause is copied from an unrelated contract. We spend real time on the dispute resolution clause at the drafting stage, because that is where arbitration succeeds or fails.
